Douglas Massage Therapy is a safe space for meditation, peace and emotional release in Douglas County. It is the hope of Owner and Licensed Massage Therapist, Lisa Trader, that all of her clients have the opportunity to decompress in an inclusive environment that naturally lends itself to the feeling of safety and security. I am caring, thoughtful, and a knowledgeable therapist with magical hands. Hands that have won a bronze medal in the May 2023 Rocky Mountain V Massage Championships. Clients of all ages seek out Douglas Massage Therapy for routine pain management, simple relaxation or as a means for bodily release of trauma work. My specialties include hot stones, cupping, deep tissue, and medical massage. The energy exchange at Douglas Massage Therapy empowers clients to live healthy lifestyles, dream big, and just breathe. Please arrive 15 minutes early so we can chat about our goals for the session. If the door is closed, take a seat on the pink couch and start to let the day drift away. Gratuity is appreciated but not expected.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations are acceptable 48 hours in advance. Any cancellation without a reschedule within 48 hours, will be subject to a 100% cancellation fee. All deposits are non-refundable.
